"#12 1401 Northwest 16th. c. 1909. This is a two-and-one-half-story, brick Bungalow/Craftsman house with a cross gabled composition roof. It has corbeled left side chimney, triangular knee braces, massive brick piers and wood railing on the full-facade porch that wraps around to the right side, 1/1 wood windows on painted concrete sills, and a large-pane door with side lights."
